Why does my wife let the stupid two year old sleep with us when he's sick?

Its soo annoying he wakes up too much when he’s sick. My wife doesn’t even sleep, she wakes up like every hour feels his forehead then goes back to sleep. He pukes on my bed, and my wife is all OK with it and I jus think he’s nasty. I told him he’s nasty too, he jus looked at me with a sad little face and said “ wheres mommy?” im like “how the hell do I no where she is? Downstairs maybe” and he says” can u go get her?” me: No!!” Him: “Fine then I will even tho I cant go down the stairs” but whatever.. Im being totally serious here so plz answer. Thanks!! ohh and she said shes gonna divorce me. Yay!!

I hope you end up so close to hell you fall in, or catch a disease so painful that leaves you barely alive, enough to feel the pain and heartache of other cold hearted individuals, that treat you the same as you've treated this poor innocent victim and his mother.

All three of my kids sleep with me and my husband when they are sick and there is never any complaining by either of us. My son was 19 months and I found out that he had febrile seizures. With the first seizure, I thought he was going to die. I would never wish that anyone else has that felling in their life. You have not a clue what can and will happen to your child when they are sick. Your wife seems like she is a great mother by checking him every hour. If his temperature would rise too high too fast, he too could have a seizure. How would you feel if he was so sick and you didn't think he was going to make it? How dare you for being such a selfish person. When you was a child, I'm sure your parents didn't argue because you puked in their bed or on the floor. I'm sure your mother would check on you through out the night to make sure you were fine when you was sick. You actually make me sick just thinking about how your son feels when you call him stupid. You are the true meaning of a loser. Good luck to your wife. She can and will do better without you.

you do kind of sound like my husband. the fact is that men do not have the "motherly" part of child rearing. The are the "law inforcement" while the women are the caregivers. most men can not bond with a child wether it be their own or not. They mostly see the child as another mouth to feed and a burdon on the relationship or marrage. I do think how ever the two year old should stay in his or her own bedroom when sick. If the mother is that worried about it then she can always make a cot in the room. My daughter has no problems waking up the whole house when she is sick. I want everyone to read this before judging this man. Like I said, not all men have the ability to bond with children.

Well maybe we should address the issue of whether or not the child is the bio child of this scumbag.
If the child isnt his bio child( then from the scum bag I was married to) while I dont understand that point of view, I know it quite common in men who havent fathered the child of the woman they are married to.
However just the same amount of men who have fathered children often have this same behaviour.
Heres my thoughts -----
Someone should put a bullet in your head and rid the world of scum like you, because we dount if you'd do the world a favor and jump off a bridge and neither would you use a condom or get yourself fixed to prevent some oether woman having a child fathered by you only to turn around and belittle and abuse that child and the woman you fathered the child with.
Furthermore if you cant be a bot more sensitive to thers needs you'll never find a realtionship with anyone except maybe the devil.

Relax!!!!!!!!!! The child is sick.
Reason for child in bed?
1. To feel protected (the child does not know, how serious it is and is coming to you and mommy for help)
2. Mommy is checking on the child every hour, to make sure the child is okay, and that a trip to the emergency room is not required. When they are that young it does not take very long for what seems like a common bug to become serious.

You as a father need to tone it down a bit. Instead of looking at everything from your point of view try a few different windows.

Your child is 2. Think of it this way. You wake up feel horrible and do not know if the next breath you take is your last. What would you do? go to someone you trust for help? (child coming to parents). If you were shot, and bleeding would you want help or someone to tell you to get out quit bleeding on their stuff it is gross? Yes, children puke on the bed it is nasty, but it is something that you have to cope with. Just like changing diapers. Instead of having hostility for the child because he is waking you up and getting your bed nasty. Think of how it would be if you thought you were dying and the person you looked up to the most called you nasty and would not do even the simpliest task of getting help. (going down stairs to get mom)

Your wife is upset because not only does she have a sick child she is trying to take care of, she has a husband who is having a temper tantrum because "he can't sleep, his bed is yicky, and it is not fair!!! "

BE THE MAN,which means take care of your family gently and with the love you promised on your wedding day. Appoligize to your child and wife. You probably got less sleep when you were in your " wild and wooly days" so just calm down for yourself and your family. (Divorce threat is because she married you to be a help to her and your family not go off the deep end when they NEED YOUR HELP)

Well, I can see you haven't gotten any sleep in a while. Explains the psychotic break you're having. I notice you say "my" wife, but "the" kid, so you doubt you fathered the child? She doesn't want you to touch her anymore? You're sterile? She chose someone else to father her child? You also say "my bed." Does your wife have her own? Or do you consider everything in the home yours? Very controlling, Dude.

There is a child in the room who is having a tantrum, and it's you, boy. Must make you feel in control to put down others. Must make you feel good reading all these negative replies.
