according to my gf, pills or creams dont work... she said if it is so necessary, let her go for implantations.

Best bet is to get a bra to enhance what you have. The creams and pills don't work.

no they are just a scam that takes your money. live with the size you were given. a lot of bigger women end up with back probelms and need surgery for reductions.
