it has nothing to do with being gay. It means frosting the top part about a 1/2 inch of your hair.

Frosting the tips usually refers to your hair. It's when you highlight only the tips of you hair,....hence frosting the tips!!!!!!! why is it when people are too ignorant to know something, it automatically has to be gay? and by the way,....gay means happy!!!!!!!

frosting the tips means.. lightening (not dying.. dying would be coloring the hair.. this is removing color from the hair) the tips of the hair, like highlights. not only gay men do it.. a lot of people do..

Dyeing the last 1/2" of hair blonde, usually. Guys with spikey hairdos will have it done, you can see dark hair near the scalp, and blonde on the rest.
