Chewing gum burns 10 calories an hour. But by chewing it tricks your body into thinking you are eating with triggers juices in your stomach which makes you hungry which in turn leads to overeating.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

As soon as your sister's friend starts to eat again she will gain the weight back.

Gum can help with weight loss if you chew it instead of eating between meals. Make sure you're eating healthy foods & sugarless is better.

Play rugby, you'll lose weight fast. Here's why: It's an 80 minute match, and it only stops for half time or injuries. It's a lot of cardio but also involves conditioning muscles depending on which position you are it's SO much fun, you get to tackle people and not get in trouble. rugby makes you an automatic badass

Believe it or not, chewing gum can burn up to 5 calories per minute - that's the same as walking does. Trust me, that's why i chew gum all the time.

Chew away! Happy chewing...=P

If you chew gum instead of eating ice cream and drinking soda, it will certainly help!

no....it wont help:

In order to consistently keep your weight under control, it is advisable to walk about 10,000 steps daily. It is the easiest activity among all the exercise programs and does not involve stress to the body. Apart from the activity of walking, a systematic dietary pattern should be followed so that you are always free from the obesity symptoms.
