Many ghosts. The most recent is a ghost that stays in the Thai restaurant I frequent. It threw a spoon at me. Spoon came out of the cutlery bin and flew toward me landing on the floor.

I have had many exsperaiances with ghosts, but y constant one is my great grandfather. he likes to move my things wround from time to time, and if someone tries to break in at night hell start throwing things and aking alot of noise to wake me up. Sometimes I can hear him slightly when its real quite, and usually he tells me things I need to know to answer questions I have always had about my famlies history no one else will answer.
Note:Not all ghosts are good. Some of them can and will try to harm you, so be careful if you are planning a ghost hunt. Also never go one one alone, this can get you in serious trouble depending on where you go, even if the ghosts are friendly, the house may be old and the stairs could give way. No thanks.

I lived in a haunted house for a year or so. It is an old house early 1900's
There were unexplainable cold spots in the house in the middle of summer.
I was once sitting on the couch and heard my car keys jangling behind me I turned to look and they dropped out of thin air to the floor.
There was one door in the house that would not close no matter who slammed it to try & close it, we were sitting watching tv one night and with no windows open no wind going thru the house it slammed shut all the way.
As I was getting into bed one night I saw a figure of an onimous looking man at the foot of my bed.
I and other ppl that came over often heard what sounded like kids playing under the stairs, I had no kids, and neither of my neighbors did either.
I had my preist come and bless the house and everything was quiet after that.
Later on I learned that 2 brothers had commited suicide in the house.
I also talked to the ppl who rented it b4 us and they had simmilar things happen, their son made a popsicle stick replica of the house they came home one day to find it smashed in another room.
The people who rented it after us also had similar experiences but encouraged their young daughter to play with the spirits... That really creeped me out.

Me! I met one in 2004 and I am not pulling your leg!
Many people have misconceptions about them, thinking that thety harm people and look very similar to humans etc. In my case, the ghost did not even talk to me, let alone hurt me. The ghost is actually a thick, impenetrable mass, very different from us living humans.

I haven't, but my daugher has. When my grandmother died, I thought she was too young to understand. We weren't really that close, so I just decided not to tell her. The night before the memorial service, we were putting together picture collages. My daughter came up to me and said, "That's Grammy, she died." I was stunned, but thought she might have overheard some conversations, so I just said that yes, she had. Then she said to us,"But she's right there." She pointed to the ceiling. She said that she was flying and watching us. Needless to say, we all cried and I kept asking her questions so she wouldn't be afraid.
My sister has had many ghost sightings. She used to see my grandfather(the husband to the lafy mentioned above) at the end of her bed. SHe recently had a friend commit suicide and she had very vivid dreams of him. She would walk along the road with him, hold his hand and jump off a bridge. This is how we think he did it. He had a very close friend that was taking it very hard, and one night my sister was talking to the friend. After she hung up the phone, she said out loud, "Please take care of him Mike(the dead friend), I'm scared." She felt fingertips tickle the back of her neck.
When my husband's grandfather died we decided to send flowers to the service. My husband';s cousin ommited my name on the "Grandchildren's" flowers, and I was very hurt. He was like a grandfather to me. So I was thinking and talking to him in my mind. I set a sippy cup for my daughter down on the table. I turned around to do something, turned back around and the cover to the sippy cup was sitting right next to it. I know I put the cover on tight. So I said aloud, "Thanks Gramp. I miss you too." Then I got goose bumps on only one of my arms, like someone was touching me. I saw it as a "I loved you like my own, don't worry about it."
I think you experience more the more you are open to it. Children are especially.

once i lived in this house and the end bedroom was haunted my mother couldnt sleep in there as one night she woke to this bearded man trying to strangle her, my brother slept in there and didnt have a problem but one time when he was away the door to his room was open and when i went for a pee it was dark but as i came back up the hall the light came on by itself and when i said 'whos there' the strangest feeling came over me it was like something spoke to me internally,it just said 'dont go in there!'and i went to my room eventually i fell back to sleep but the next day my cat went crazy when it came into my room,it did this really weird snorting ,breathing thing and when we tried to put him on the bed (where he often slept) he scratched and clawed to get away ,there was also a spot in the hallway that he refused to walk through (he would jump over it!) we later found out someone had been murdered in the house ! true story

I've had visitations. Sadly, I am terribly rational. I've been visited by my grandmother and my favorite pet. The pet came twice. Grandma just once. I wished I could get some meaning from them, some answers, but, for me, rational as I am, it was just an awareness. Nothing spooky, nothing exciting. I wish I had more imagination.

When I was a teen one lived in my room. He would like to play with the washer and dryer (to see how they worked) and he would rearrange my stuffed animals. He just liked to play around. I only saw him once standing in my doorway when I was in bed.
