I think about 15-18hrs was the longest. But that was a long time ago and I've learned it's terrible for your eyes to sit in front of a computer for that long.

16 hours for work, to meet a deadline. Coffee breaks and chats may have alleviated the trauma.
10 hours for fun, playing 'X-Wing' back in the day. My dreams that night were frenetic.
5 hours on the net, research work, check email and browsing.

About 40 hours. True story, I had to write 2 papers and reconstruct a first draft of a thesis that was lost. No, no drugs, but I drank close to pound of Starbuck's.

When I first got the internet I stayed on from 9pm to 6am -- 9 hrs.
if work counts...
I was at work from 9am to 3am and that day we worked on 1 problem from 3pm to 3am .. 12 hours w/o dinner etc. a "sev 1 " problem for a customer in Austrialia.
if working with computers counts...
one very bad day was
from 8am Tuesday till 6pm wednesday.
Worked all day at work till 8pm, then got to a retail store, stayed up all night, stayed there during their opening till 10am, then went back to work and worked with management to resolve problems,
then went home at 6pm.
