Some people don't like to kick you when your down. Maybe it's the people you let in. Don't let those ones in. Surround yourself with kind caring people who will help to pick you up when you are down.

Maybe they are sad or hurting and taking it out on you. Maybe they've never really been hurt themselves, never really been down there. Anyhow, there are lots of people who'd reach out to you. Try a church when you are down. Or, a support group. Go sit in a park and watch people, or go to a public building like a library. Cheer up. Jesus loves you, he does, even if you don't love or know Him.

that is one of the difference between animals and human being , animals if you are down never attack you, the best defense if you see an animal that you think is dangerous is to set down or Lay down they don't attack, or if to animals are fighting and one of them lays himself of his bag, the other one just goes away without harming him, animals is lots of cases don;t attack baby's for example doges , they have baby protection since a year. but human being is sometimes so angry of someone whom he even doesn't know that he attacks him even after he is dead,
