No place on earth is heaven my friend ..

Every place got it's ups and downs .. pros and cons.
USA is the best bit because it's the most free country and many states still on the rise and needs people.
England became ridiculously expensive, less safer than before, jobs are filled to the most part and always gloomy and rainy.
France is difficult to servive without knowing the language, especially there were deadly protests few months ago where angry unemployment people sat vehicles on fire and it was a misery.
Italy - Brazil - japan , YOu still need the language part .. economically they are fairly equal .. give or take, Japan industries are booming now more and more.
Last but not least .. Hell is the most relaxing place of all .. everything there is free .. You will be cooked well done till you say enough.

I live in Brazil. I do not think that here is the best place to live, but of course is much better than hell.

It all depends on what you want, and how you want to live. Some countries are better at one thing or another, but hell is probably not a place (if you believe it exists) that anyone would want to live. Unless it is like what a Sunday school teacher said to my brother in law, she said that hell was filled with rock stars and famous people.
Personally I think I'd like to settle in New Zealand.

You might want to try India. A fellow I heard about had a computer job in this country paying $60K a year. He returned to his country in India and now earns $1800 a month. When asked why, he responded that he has a beautiful home, two cars, several servants, and no longer has to live from paycheck to paycheck as he had to in the United States.

The USA is the only place for me to call home. No other place could ever be as great as America. I am amused that Canada is not an option in your question.
