By playing around with your computer. You may burn a few up while trying out different things to do but in the end you'll know things others were not or will not have been brave enough or knowledgeable enough to attempt. Or you can be professionally trained.

Easy. By working on all your friends computers, you learn by trial and error. Doesn't cost you anything. Thus, you become an expert.
