Hell no!
Don't touch your foreskin. There's nothing wrong with uncircumcised men. Seriously. (I actually prefer them, to tell the truth, because they tend to be more sensitive down there.)
p.s. Don't listen to "Grahamma." There's nothing gross about it if you wash yourself, as I'm sure you do.

Unless your foreskin is giving you pain or discomfort.....why ever would you want to put yourself thru that aggravation?
You will meet some people in your life that swear cut is the only way to go. It's cleaner and easier to care for. Others will swear uncut because it allows you to retain the natural sheath of skin protecting the tip of your penis and increasing sensitivity and sexual pleasure.
It's really a personal choice....but again I ask why, at 16 would you want to have a surgical procedure that will cause you discomfort? If you decide to go ahead and get cut....make sure you get all the facts and have an open and thorough discussion with your Doctor.
Good luck.

Well, if your skin retracts you should keep it. There is a condition where the skin is too tight to be pulled back. That will require medical assistance, perhaps a small incision and a few stitches. But leave it alone if you aren't having problems with it! Especially at your age. Circumcision is usually performed on babies and little children, because there's less to cut off at those young ages. I am circumcised myself, and I often wonder if it wouldn't be better for me to be uncircumcised. After all, people are born that way. There must be a good reason why the skin is there! Good night!

Leave it alone if its not causing discomfort
If you do it, it should only be done by a surgeon
Learn to live with been uncut and accept it, there are many women who dont care about that issue, they are more interest in you and how you use it!

Its your personal choice, but its a provided fact that foreskin has nothing to do with sex. Trust me uncut or cut, they all feel the same and do the same job.

Whether you have cut or uncut has nothing to do with sex. You need to maintain it clean and wash it thoroughly when you take shower.

Circumcision isn't a "do-it-yourself" project. Leave your winky alone.
