I would go in my county social service office and tell them I have 5 children and I need child care to go to work.
They will schedule you an appointment, and you will have to bring enough paperwork to fill a suitcase to prove your situation.
They will pay 80% - 100% of your childcare so you can work.

Don't give up, and try to keep your spirits up! Line up a free sitter for a week or two such as a friend or church member, etc. Then, once you find a job, you know you will have child care covered for a little while, until you are able to file for assistance (and provide the needed paystubs).

Start an ebay business from home. Sell toys, clothes, or other items that you no longer need. Then, tell family, friends, anyone and everyone that you can sell items for them on a comission basis. This way you can make money, and stay home with your kids.

Babysit or open a daycare in your home. Again, you would be able to make money, spare yourself childcare expenses, and continue to be a stay at home mom.

Some jobs offer onsite childcare. If you are luck enough to find a factory, etc. that offers this option, great.

Most importantly, go file the paperwork to get child support started. This can help you financially take care of your children, plus when figuring the support amount the court will factor in the cost of child care.

Hope all works out well for you and your children, and good luck!

Don't have any more kids until you find someone that actually want to spend the rest of you life with you. Work during school hours put the 4 and 3 yeard oldd in pre-K and headstart. As for the 11 month year old ask a family member to help until you get a pay stub. Good luck..

Have you tried ACD? They'll have you fill out a form that says that you're looking for work and that's why you need the child care. Do a search with "subsidized child care" and the city you live in and you'll get more info.

They only thing you have left is God. You better find Him. Only He can help you when you are hitting rock bottom....and let me tell you, you are hitting it. If I were in your position (and I was with 2 and that was bad enough) I had to go to my church. They help the unemployed find jobs, they help find you a house if you need it. They've paid my rent a few times when I needed it. And you really aren't going to want to hear this, but the best thing you can do is pay tithing. You can never pay God more than He can pay you. Trust me. And right now, you need all the blessings you can get. Good Luck.

First, I'd be on welfair in a new york second

Second, I'd try to start up some kind of home based business

Thrid, I'd do my best to find a new father- and lets face it, the kids WILL come first, and they WILL be a drain on the guys wallet and he WILL resent it.

If you're REALLY SMART- put them up for adopton or Foster Care. I know you're not that smart- but I had to say it becuase its the right thing to do

I don't want to be rude but maybe you should have thought about this before you had 5 children. It's very hard for a two parent household to support 5 children these days, unless you are a doctor or Donald Trump.
