im looking for a deoderant that doesnt really stop sweat because i dont have a sweating problem, im just looking for one thats a really good odor fighter. if theres one thats both then hell, bring it on. but the one i have now is ladys speed stick, and soft and dri, and well i hate to say it but they suck, they only stop the sweat .. which i dont need, and dont exactly work. after i work out, its as if i just used a skunks bum as a deoderant. (you know what i mean) so if you have anything i can pick up at the drug store, or at any local place (no online orders) just let me know !!

I use secret

I like Arrid clear gel. I like Secret, too, but not as much, and it smells too perfumey to me.

I like Arrid because it stops the stinkies and the sweat, and also it's a clear gel, so no white stuff on my shirts. I know a lot of brands promise that, but Arrid gel is the only one I have found that actually delivers on the no-white-stuff promise.

Also, just an idea for after workouts. Take some of those flushable wipes for toddlers with you in your gym bag. Just wipe your underarms really well with one of those, and then re-apply deodorant. That should help get rid of the skunk's bum thing. I know a lot of people who do that.

I am a man so it's probably not exactly the same, but I find that *white* antiperspirant/deodorant sticks work a lot better than the *gel* sticks, as far as fighting odor goes – not to mention they seem to last longer.

Apart from that, you'd also do well to find a nice, not-too-in-your-face perfume or body spray so you have a nice smell to mask any B.O. that comes through.

I don't like the sickly smelling deodorants or any of the ones you buy in a normal store. I just want one that eliminates any bad smells (from my underarms) and does nothing else. What I found is a deodorant crystal (from Thailand, I think) that does this. I don't think most stores carry them, though a health food store may. I just buy one crystal (less than 10 dollars; you can mail order it) and that one has lasted for five years using it every day. The source gives you somewhere where you can order one.

Each body type is different. So different deodorants work on different people. After I have used a deodorant 4 to 6 months the one I am using starts to loose its effects and I have to change brands.Good Luck.

I use degree and it works great for perspiration and odor as well. It goes on clear and has such a very spell good clean scent. You can get it at most every discount store or drug store.

well I'm the kind of girl that sweats AND stinks like hell and when I went to Mexico I used my aunt's deodorant and it worked for me but I'm not sure if it'll work for you too but you don't have anything to lose I guess, it was lady speed stick roll on, I know you said that you already tried lady speed stick but maybe you should try roll on

The best Ive used is Mitchum Sport clear gel. However you do need to change what you use just as you do shampoo. Did you know that about both?
