I used to change them every Monday like clockwork. But now I have 2 two year olds and I am lucky if I get to it 3 times a month.
There is almost nothing that feels better than sleeping on nice crisp clean sheets.

Once every week or two...depends on the weather and if anyone in the house has been sick. If I need to change more often...then so be it.
Comforters and pillowcases get washed just as much.
Weather permitting, they're hung on the line to dry....ahhhhh sheets fresh from the line are the best. :-)

Change my sheets monthly. Why change them more often if showers are taken just before going to bed?

Every Sunday. Nothing better than fresh clean sheets (600 count, of course)

Once every two weeks. If you're one of those people who change them like....once a year, then you may have to deal with a bed bug problem. Yes, they are real, look them up.

I make sure to change them if I have a date coming over. Then I just change them kind of regularly, because every now and then I have an unexpected hook up.

Once a year whether they need it or not.
For those who change them more often than twice a month - that's 'cause they pee the bed more often.
