Oven baked and with BBQ sauce on it. I love that the most. I like it all tho. I bake more chicken then fry. Frying is too hard and takes forever.

Chicken breast from the George Foreman grill -- cut into strips, put in a tortilla, with tomatoes, lettuce, shredded mexican cheese blend and ranch. Fast and good.

Fanny Farmer has a great recipe for Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breasts. I don't even like chicken, but I could eat a couple of those - no problem!

Try it out!

turn each peice every 30 minutes.
The meat will be so tender you won't even need a knife. This works with dark meat.
