Do you mean a good college. There shouldn't be any black or white colleges.

what is a black college?

i doubt you will find a college in new york that accepts only dark-skinned people if that is what you mean

if you mean secret colleges (like black market) that seems almost as crazy as looking for a racially segregated college

i can't believe you mean the college itself is black or has black colored buildings, so

i give up

This isn't the 50's anymore. Blacks are combined with whites now. Segregation is over with.
