super nintendo game that you beat up a guys car with a bat?

i remember a long time ago playing a friends game that at some point you got to beat up a guys car, maybe a bosses?, with a bat or some other tools. i always thought that was real fun. i cant remember the name of it. im pretty sure it was on super nintendo. could have been the old one or even ps1. im pretty sure it was snes though. anybody have any clue.

that sounds like a between fight stage in super street fighter II, except there was no bat.
