Many school athletic leagues have rules in place that require that the school team is the primary team. Most of them require that all games that a high school team is involved in must be played, before a player can switch to a recreational league team. High School teams can be forced to forfeit games if a player is active in both at the same time.
It may seem ridiculous, but it's designed to protect athletes from overexerting or over extending activities. Decent grades and ability in a sport can lead to a scholarship. Pitching to many innings, etc. can ruin a players chances, sometimes by injury and sometimes by being to tired to make a play you normally would make. Playing games instead of studying can put a scholarship out of range too.
It sounds like you have some ability, why else would your coach try to talk you out of joining the school team? It's your call, a chance at a scholarship?, or enjoy the game with no hopes of advancing very far in it. Good Luck.

Sections are like areas/ conferences interior of your state. as an occasion, area A could be for greater beneficial, greater aggressive colleges, whilst area D could be for smaller, much less aggressive ones. So, states are the main suitable gamers from each and each convention, making it greater sturdy to get to. In different words, while you're making sections, you're between the main suitable gamers on your area. Make states, and you're a attractive participant on your state.

i was able to play softball and volleyball at the same time at my school(both seasons are the same)....the coaches found a way to work it out so that i could get play time and not have them interefere with anything....
if its a time problem then yes i can see how it can interfere with the other team....just talk to the coaches and see if you can work something out...if not...sorry to say but you have to choose one or the other.

Get the Athletic Director at your school involved. Why shouldn't you do both - unless the schedules conflict. My brother ran varsity track and played Babe Ruth baseball at the same time but that was 30 years ago.

I don't think that's weird. I do that all the time with swimming, and let me tell you, that's real hard-core... I think you should talk to your coach. I'm sure if she's a good coach, she would understand...

I can't understand your coach, except if there is a possible time interference.
