American Dressing Sense?

Why do teenagers especially boys have so poor dressing sense? Why their pants are always falling off? On the contrary girls dress so smart.

Whoa, stop with the generalizations. I'm an American, male, teen and I have fantastic dressing sense. I have been told this many times. And my pants are never falling off. And I know many other male teens who dress well do. So I don't know where you got that. There are some boys and girls who dress bad and some who dress well.

Someone needs to start paving the way for a new trend! skinny Jeans are back in style! That is pathetic. Count me outta style then, as far as pants falling off, pathetic!
We have hit a fashion slump! I have seen the 60's come back; the 70's;80's are trying to slip in. What we need is actual fashion, which is not based off a past era and shabbily revised!

There is no accounting for taste..It is all a youth thing..shoot when I was young it was ponchos and blue jeans and now I think to myself ..was I out of my mind..
The trend seems to be disappearing as far as the saggy pants goes..Although , I was in K-Mart one day and a father was standing behind his son who has his pants sagging and his underwear showing..all of a sudden the day yanked his son's pants down and totally embarassed the kid..The son asked.."Why did you do that , Man?" and the dad responded.."Because you were already showing half your *** to the whole world and I figured you might as well get a chance to exhibit the whole thing since you don't care who sees your underwear..The kid turned red and left the store..The dad got a round of applause from all the customers standing on line...
Now as far as the girls and the way they dress..Some "YOUNG"
ladies look like hookers . Whatever happened to modesty..these girls walk around with their jeans almost to their pubic line and tops that barely cover their breasts..it is a shame they don't have more respect for themselves . Women aren't just sexual objects..

Haha, guys seem to go through phases more likely then girls. I've always dressed pretty clean cut and neat (I'm 14), but yet my older brother went through this phase where he would wear baggy "goth" pants, band tees, and dyed his hair green and grew it so long he looked homeless. Now he wears American Eagle polos and his hair is short and natural. Most boys just grow out of it.

that is precisely like what the different human being is retaining. individuals do exactly not care. In my extreme college human beings come to college in sweat pants and slippers. It appears like they basically were given off the mattress. additionally they positioned on the A&F and Hollister too. each and all and sundry thinks that they have money for some reason. yet when I positioned on clothing like Lacoste and Burberry human beings do not even comprehend what that is. that is basically terrible how human beings do not care.

Guys dont really have a lot of "styles" to choose from. They only have ghetto, nerd, goth, alternative, surf, and skater. Girls have prep, goth, ghetto/thugette, boho, prep, girly, tomboy, alternative, surf, skater, geek and casual/regular. Also, girls have more variation in choice of clothing, like: halter tops, tubetops, shrugs, skirts, and jeans. Guys only have T-shirts, jackets, hoodie, and ONLY jeans. (excluding kilts and who ever heard of a man's tube top????)

Girls usually have a sense of style/color - boys have none!@
