how can i get help about my aiwa DX-NH1000 cd player?it is not coming out?

the cd tray I think stuck somewhere inside or one of the roller belt
might ripped off,that is why the cd tray not working.

Remove from the dash take off the harness and the replace it, that should work if not try the reset button if its got 1

Turn your computer off. remove the two plugs, and four screws holding it in, if there is a button on the back press it, (lock release), or strip the case off and check inside.
