Well, you haven't told me how close this friend of yours is. but if this person was a close friend of mine, then i don't think i'd take any huge step by confronting her and saying enough is enough or any stuff like that. since she is your close friend, i feel it's your duty to get that friend of yours on the right track by probably teaching her a lesson. may be, you can start lying to her at almost all stages. lie so much, that she gets fed up of you. talk all sorts of crap, like today i met brad pitt and have a serious look. when it gets over the brim, she's likely to ask you "why are you lying so much". at that moment ask her the same question. she'll realise her mistake.

shes your friend and you know her a lot right. in fact, no one could really answer your question. you are the only one who could determine that. you could obviously sense if your friend is lying. do some test and discover. go girl!

contfront your friend about her lying to you.
tell your friend that your forgiveness was not an invitation to keep lying to you
your friendship was very important and her lying has destroyed your trust in her
just let her know how you feel
