Don't put flour on your face, it is a food substance and bacteria will feed on it and encourage acne. Yuck!

Go to the dollar store and get yourself a concealer stick. It only costs a dollar, and it will be the best investment you ever made! Get one as close to your skin tone as possible. Dab in small amounts on your dark circles, and spread with your fingers or a damp face sponge. It works even better if your skin is moist, so use some facial moisturizer first.

Using flour wouldn't work, because it would blow away with just a little wind.

Sometimes, to set it in place I brush just a little bit of cream coloured eye shadow over top. No more dark circles, and it makes your eyes look twice as big.

To get rid of dark circles follow this:
Grate a fresh potato and put it in a cloth, lie back for for 15-20 mins with the cloth covering your eyes. RESULTS? less puffy peepers.

Wear a cream eye shadow and use waterproof mascara and see through lipgloss and don't forget little pink blusher. That will do. :)

Use Bare Essentials Mineral Makeup. Bisque is an awesome concealer. Follow the directions to the letter and it works great!

One thing that works well on dark circles are eye drops that are to relieve redness. The redness of your eyes, or when they are bloodshot, is when tiny red veins are raised to the surface. The dark circles under your eyes are the same (or similar to that) so eyedrops really help. Hope it helps!

LOL LOL...that is so funny.....putting flour on your face is not the way to go.

Go to a cosmetic counter & let them show you a concealer that works for your skin tone.
