My bra's never fit right. I'm alway's "squeezed out" if you know what I mean, Or I dont have enough support, or the straps don't shorten enough. I'm constantly fixing my bra in public and its very embarrasing. I'm a c cup which makes it worse cause then everyone notices cause everyone's lookin. Where can I fand a bra that gives me enough support? even the non-pushup bras "squeeze out of the top"...eh...

Everyone so far seems right. It really sounds like you are not in the right cup size or even the right measurement. If you are spilling out and always tugging, it doesn't fit. Most department store offer free bra fittings. Even when you find the right size, bras are different from brand to brand. Let me give you an example. I'm a 38DD, but in some brands I can get into a 40D, you see?? You have to keep trying. Macy's usually has bra fittings. Keep your eye out for any that are in your area. Good luck.

I'm a C size and I wear sports bras. Lots of support, and I don't fall out of the top. I wear two when I work out for added support.
Also, change styles of bras. You want a full cup instead of push up or 3/4 cup, a full cup will hold you in. There are many styles, even for full topped women. Most stores including Victoria's Secret has bras made for just such a problem.

Go to Victoria's Secret! It's a bit expensive but the ladies there measure you so you have exactly the right measurement, then they assist you in finding a well-fitting bra. If the straps are too short then try to cut them and sew them back on so they fit perfectly, sewings easy, you can probably just do it by hand...

Well darlin I have to tell you the truth
Mary Phelps Jacob
Genius Jewish Femina
she sold the brassiere patent to the Warner Brothers Corset Company in Bridgeport, Connecticut for $1,500. The Warner Brothers Corset Company made $15 million dollars from the bra over the next 30 years. The undergarment name "brassier" was derived from the old French word for "upper arm". Her patent was for a device that was lightweight, soft and separated the breasts naturally. The following describes the bra's evolution:
Mary Phelps Jacob After decades of stuffing themselves into seemingly barbaric undergarments of a mostly corset-like nature, women around the world finally began to get fed up. In 1913, a New York socialite decided to do something about it: the first modern brassiere was created by Mary Phelps Jacob. She patented her design, and now the brassiere is a standard part of nearly every modern woman's wardrobe.
In 1875, manufacturers George Frost and George Phelps patented the "Union Under-Flannel" a no bones, no eyelets, no laces or pulleys underoutfit.

Sometimes stores will have an actual bra- fitter come and help you find the perfect bra. I remember seeing an ad for Mervyns that a bra-fitter was coming to the store for a day. You could most likely find someone who could help you personally too.
