A man at my job stated to my team that he had a license to use the ladies room. I have never heard of such a thing . So what reasons would a man have a licnese to use the ladies room?

He is going to become a woman sometime in the near future. We have one guy like that at work. I was not there while the transition took place but people talked and I could definetly tell that she is a he.

Check with your manager and human resource.

Perhaps he prefers privacy instead of group urination -- sorry if I offend any guys but what's the deal with the urinal display on the walls with no privacy? Why are men and women's restrooms so different? Are women being encouraged to be more modest and men are being encouraged to be less???? Think about it. ANOTHER conspiracy theory! LOL!

I know that times have changed and not all mens' rooms are this way, but it is still a mystery to me. Same thing with the public shower situation in some instances.

A man can use the ladies' room if he's transgendered and has started living in women's clothing, taking hormones and so on in preparation for switching gender. If he's still wearing male attire, his "license" is probably something he bought off the internet, right up there with his "boob inspector" badge.

ask him to produce such a thing and the reason for it. their is no such permit or license in the country. some certain handicaps can use either but only if its a single bathroom. otherwise he's blowing smoke.

Think about this for a second. What company would license men to use ladies restrooms? How would they make any money?
