Don't worry, I used to think that too. Hell, if that was true I've have like 10+ kids by now.

No. Swallowing sperm cannot get you pregnant. In order to get pregnant, the sperm has to unite with your egg. Your egg is not in your throat/stomach area.
However, if the sperm gets in contact with either of your hands (or another body part), and that body part come in contact with your vagina, there is a possibility the sperm can swim into you. This may be unlikely, yet possible. Air on the side of caution.
By the way, if you are not sure how reproduction works, I do not think you are mature enough to partake in any sexual activities.

NOPE, not even if you swallow gallons of sperm. Sperm are not implanted into the uterus this way, regardless of amount. Would suggest you visit a library or book store and educate yourself to the human body and anatomy of. It's a shame you had to ask this question, with all the sex education out there, the Internet, and books. Oh My God!

No! And if you are not old enough to figure that out you should not be swallowing a mans sperm. You can get STD's this way. Sexually transfered disease.

No. You can only get pregnant if the sperm inters the vaginal canal and meets with the eggs. The digestive system does not even go near the ovaries.

No. You get pregnant by the sperm reaching your egg in your fallopian tube. There is no way for sperm to get from your mouth to your fallopian tube. However, you can get STD's from swallowing sperm, or even having it in your mouth. That's why it's best to use a condom even for oral sex.

Yes. The sperms may enter your intestines and "slip through" your thin wall lining into your fallopian tubes. Once there they are home free. Sperm, despite what most people believe, are immune to stomach acid.

You cannot get pregnant by swallowing sperm (semen). THe only way you can get pregnant is with sexual intercourse.

The minute they hit your mouth, they die. Only if they enter the vagina, which is a more basic temperature, they are able to reach their destination. Be careful, though. You can still get many STDs, including Herpes and AIDS, though oral sex. I think it would be better if you didn't do it, but if you're going to, please make him use a condom. You don't want to have Herpes all over your mouth.

NO! It is imposible to get pregnant like that!! You can only get pregnant if the guy insert his penis in your vigina! and he cums inside!! lol It might sound nasty, but That's how it is!! So oral sex can't get you pregnant!! Oh and you can't get pregnant by having anal sex either! If you don't know what that is, just E-mail me!! I'll tell you!! But you CAN get HIV or any other STD!!
