It is possible that file is still in memory, try closing all programs before defraging the drive.

grasp report table won't be able to be moved on an analogous time as defragmenting, it includes each and all the suggestions approximately all your archives and stuff and for some reason it does not get defragmented. Thats the only element i'm able to think of of why something isn't getting defraged.
