It doersn't appear to be clinically significant. State of hydration, time of day could be effecting this values. Has the value of your hemoglobin dropped as well, and are there a high number of reticulocytes in the smear. These could be looked at to see if there is a true drop in you hematocrit that should be investigated further.

The hematocrit rises and falls with the state of ur hydration. By itself it has little meaning and has to be considered along with the Haemoglobin percentage. If anything ur last reading was a lil high, the 34.7 is well within the normal.
So no reason to worry.

no it changes periodically anyway especially if you drink tea. try liver or really any red meat, the red cross sight may give you some tips on how to bring it up also on their web sight.
