Let myself be angry about it for like a half hour, then realize things will work out someway or another. I pray, take a deep breath, and even vent to someone helps me.

Listen to music...first try some mellow music but doesn't always help...mellow turns into music that express how mad i am. Or I just vent to really great friends who are always there to listen.
