This site seems to indicate that it might be an insect of the laminae family.
Or do you mean Casiphia (a biblical place) or maybe cacophobia (fear of ugliness)?

Cacophia(nebulosa)[commonly found in Minnesota] is a group of insect that is under the group of Beetles [Coleoptera (meaning "sheathed wing")] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coleoptera
And they categorized under the subspecie of CERAMBYCIDAE which are commonly known as long-horned beetles. http://www.cedarcreek.umn.edu/insects/checklist/coleopt.html
The longhorn beetles or long-horned beetles (Cerambycidae) are a cosmopolitan family of beetles, typically characterized by their extremely long antennae, which are often as long as or longer than the beetle's body. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerambycidae

Isn't it a group? Does it also mean that this group is in agreement.? Something like that, I think.

You got me. I don't know. Do you mean cacophony? A cacophony is a jarring mixture of sounds.
