Its never a good look. Guys should wear pants by tsubi that are not tight with nice trainers (running shoes or skate shoes) and a funky t-shirt.
That makes guys look hot and attractive, Skinny jeans makes them look like losers

Depends on the guy. He has to be INCREDIBLY cute to make this work. I have seen a handful of sexy guys looking great in tight pants - otherwise they looked tragic.
