I regularly workout. I do not smoke and quit using smokeless tobacco about a month ago. I eat healthy, very, very seldom do I eat fast food. There is no history of heart disease in my family. My resting heart rate is 91. BP=123 over 91.

Any recomendations for lowering this? I dont know how I could be more active both aerobically or anaerobically. Thanks

Your resting heart rate is a little high and diastolic could take a drop. How is your weight? Weight loss could lower your BP. What about cholestorol levels? Your concerns have to do with overall cardiac health so don't forget about lipids. Stress or chronic pain can account for some of your blood pressure. Can you address that?

I would check it every couple days for a week, if the lower number doesn't go bleow 80 I would see a doctor and and get checked out. you don't want to fool around with high bp 123/91 is not real bad ,but worth checking out why the lower # is high

Try not eating salty foods or fry foods, even though you say you eat healthy still look at back of packages and you will see how much salt is in most products. Other than that go to the doctor.
It seems that you are doing the right things to stay healthy, continue on that route. You will be OK because you take care of yourself and you care about yourself. Good man.
