She might be trying to get a rise out of you, or trying to boost her popularity by giving negative attention to you.
Whatever you do - don't back down from what you feel. Not from a friend, a guy, family - stick to your beliefs and stand up for them. People will use you if you don't defend yourself.
I would continue not talking to her. Once school starts if you still feel she hasn't changed, then neither should you.
Most of the time (95% of the time) teachers are good about staying in the classrooms and watching out for their students. Plus there's usually more learning time than socializing time in the classroom - more than likely she won't be able to bother you.
If she does wait after class and tell your teacher. DON'T BE AFRAID. Your teachers are there to help you NOT HURT you!!! They will have NO problem changing your seat assignment if it means you focusing better on your education. Which it would be because how can you focus if someone's bothering you.
Lastly if your teacher for some reason doesn't change your seat or she's some how still getting to you during class or outside of the classroom. Talk to a guidence counselor. They can change your classes to maybe a different hour. Or get some peer mediation.
It may sound scary but really - you will be okay just stay strong to what you believe in and everything will be okay. I promise.

Ignore her, there will be some tension in the class though. (I have been through this in the worst way)You have to remain focus on your studies so you can graduate or move on to the next grade, and maybe you'll make a new friend in the process to keep your mind off of the old one.

YOU SHOULD JUST BRING THIS TO AN HEAD AND TELL YOUR PARENTS, BECAUSE THE YOUNG LADY PARENTS MAY NOT KNOW THIS CHILD IS BEING A BULLY. YOU SHOULD NOT BE UNDER ALL THE STRESS THAT THIS YOUNG LADY IS PLACING ON YOU. TELL YOUR PARENTS BEFORE THINGS GET PHYSICAL, SOMEONE CAN GET HURT.

Be assertive and have self-respect. You will look like a fool if you crumble to her now.
