Superman. Cuz even though technically, Neo can do almost anythin if he makes his mind believe he can....however he has a slight disadvantage from maybe havin doubts about his "abilities" every so often as we humans tend to do. So that would set him back a little on the overall scale. And besides..Neo can only do this when he is in the Matrix...and Superman can do it in the "real world" lol. So yeah, i´d say Superman. :)

how do you know Neo couldn't fly in the real world he "felt" the destroyed the sentinel in the end of the second one, and that took place in the real world.
