when i am bloated i am [no joke] 1 inch more around. u feel like u are full of air and not food. dont worry u can tell1

When I get bloated, it feels like there is a bag of water in my belly, and I get bigger around.

When I got my first period, I didn't know what cramps felt like. I felt like I had to poop, but nothing would come out. It was cramps.
