okay i'm back:
man that's a terrible system, i also looked it up on wikipedia and i looked up yahoo answers on wikiepidia, and my guess was right reporting and violations on yahoo are controlled by an automated system.

There's a Google Answers? I didn't know that, but i used Windows Live Q&A, its a Yahoo! Answers wannabe....but a good substiute!!!
