Well I would have to say that you could be looking better than you do now with a complete makeover and 6 weeks of etiquette classes.
First a long hot shower plenty of soap, don't want any critters crawling around on you.
Then get rid of the Uni brow, have the dentist bleach the Hell out of your teeth, get plastic surgery on your nose, and a good facial scrub. I am sure you could use a razor in a few places as well.
Then go get your hair done.
After that you will need some decent clothes.
And Whaaaalah you will be a lady...
Oh yea, don't drink beer from the can anymore.

Well judging from the only one picture photo,that I have seen .I will offer some constructive criticism if that is what you are looking for.
First of all:
1.have someone do your eyebrows...they need work.
2. Whiten your teeth.
3. spend some money and go to a beautician to see what they can do about your lifeless flat hair.
I don't know what the rest of your wardrobe or body looks like ,but my guess is that you probably stroll along in jeans that haven't been washed in days,sandals with dirty feet,no nail polish on your toe nails..and god knows when is the last time if ever you had a pedicure for your feet.
In other words ..you are a diamond in the rough,and would be a good candidate for a "Complete Makeover" show by Oprah or anyone really.
I am not trying to be harsh,you asked ,so I am offering my opinion.
I would be interested to hear your response and my guess is that it would not be nice,but I am not trying to be nasty.

it wouldn't hurt to get rid of that big pimple on your forehead. I will give you a secret. There is this 3 day program you can follow to get rid of acne forever. I found it here its great

Do it. Guy will then think your hotter. Having a huge pimple like that really turns people off
