Throw backs are the old school jerseys, even if they have players that play right now as the name. You can buy them at any sports store that sells jerseys. By "not real ones" do you mean authenetic? And by "fake ones" do you mean replica? Replicas look exactly like authentics, but are cheaper, because of the material. They are not the fake kind that look homemade and that don't even look like the jerseys. If you want a replica, every store that sells jerseys has them.

A throw back jersey is merely a replicant of the teams older jerseys

They are remakes of an older style jersey. I think the most popular NFL throwbacks are the powder blue San Diego Charger uniforms. They were originally worn in the old AFL in the 1960's.

Throw back jerseys are "remakes" of the old school jersey that any given team used to wear back in the day.
They are called "throw backs" because sometimes they are so ugly and expensive that you want to throw them back to the sales person who is trying to sell it to you.

Throwback jerseys are older versions of a current teams or once existing team's jersey. They are not fake versions of existing jerseys.
