Hi I have a question. I had a few collectible auctions a while ago that a buyer won. However, when I went to send her an invoice, it said that she was suspended. So I waited a few days and got my listing fees back and relisted the items. Ten days later, she messaged me asking where her items were. I said relisted, since she was suspended and I had no idea for how long. Now she is saying that is unfair and that she deserves the items? But there was no way of sending her an invoice? Who is right in this case? She is being very mean and combative? thanks

Yep, I've had this happen, though in my case the person themselves cancelled their accounts, claimed they had paid me and demanded my item. Here's what you tell her. Tell her that since she did not pay for the item and was suspended that there was no way you were going to send it to her. And note that if you sell the item to another party and still receive money from her, you will refund her money. This way you cover all the bases, save copies of your emails. In case the sh*t hits the fan, you can back yourself up. If she persists then tell her you are going to take this to the eBay mediators... or a court. That usually shuts people like this up. USUALLY, it just depends on how big of an (use some creative language here) they are. In the end though, you are right and she is the one who is being a complete and total (let your mind run wild with creativity).

You are fine, Dont worry about it. You were issued your listing fees back and you relisted. Furthermore if she hasnt paid why send her the collectables anyways? There isnt anything that she can do now that she is suspended. So just ignore her emails and let it go, sooner or later she will forget about it. If she is suspended she cant complain anyways.

I think I would approach Ebay about the subject. They should never have let her bid on an item if she were suspended. With the response you got on the invoice you have no liability if you still have copies of the transaction communication.

Good Luck

Contact Ebay for advice. I think you have the right not to sell to a suspended customer. They must have had a very good reason to suspend her. Did she mail you a payment?

Check with e-bay on this one. I'm sure they have policies regarding this.
