Anyone know whats goin on with guitar tabs online?

I'm an avid tabber and recently my favorite sites went down due to 'the legality issues of free tabs on the web'. Does anyone have any further info on this? Thanks...

try higherpraise.com; it's Christian music, but it's got some others.
Basically, they want you to go out and buy the sheet music.
