Ceramic tile on bathroom floor is cracked and I want to know if it can be repaired a wih what.?

yes gently score grout on all sides of tile untill grout is gone ,you can use a grout remover or the flat edge of an old screwdriver after youve removed the grout gently start to pry up the broken tile.once youve got all the tile out scrape the surface clean ,vaccum it then your ready to install a new tile...good luck

Unfortunately a ceramic tile on any floor, including bathroom cannot be repaired. You will have to replace the broken tile.

do you have a spare tile? if not you're screwed.
