I don't have bad acne, or acne at all. I don't wear any makeup besides powder, and foundation makes me feel fake.

Minerals are best, I've found, for absorbing shine without causing breakouts. A good one at a drugstore that I use is Neutrogena's Mineral Sheers. It should be close to $10, depending on your location. I've also purchased the high-end stuff at Alta, and honestly, I can't say it's that much better. I remember the person who helped me at Alta said to always apply in downward strokes with minerals.

powder is not so great, it could cause allergies.
get some aloe vera for the shiny part and buy liquid foundation coverstick to wear over the aloe after the aloe dries

I even have the comparable difficulty, dry epidermis in factors and different factors oily. Bareminerals beginning place is fairly stable for this and continues to be on many of the day, additionally they do a concealer referred to as Bisque in case you basically prefer to apply it on the 'difficulty factors' of your epidermis. wish this helps! :)
