Spray it with a solution of 1/4 white vinegar and 3/4 water and wipe dry with a clean soft cloth.

Your mirror was crystal clear? you mean like a 1 way mirror? Well I don't know much about 1 way mirrors so I can't help out much.
Or do you mean glass? that can be clear. Try windex.

I would try a grease-cutting dishsoap. That should do it. Then, to get it sparkling again, use windex with newspaper to wipe it off, instead of paper towel or a rag.

Try some alcohol..rubbing alcohol that is..it is a good standby cleaner for glass and mirrors.

Wipe it off with amonia and newpaper --something in the news print ink that clears streaks.

Use ammonia. I did mine with alcohol and it spilled and white spotted my dresser top. I also heard that white vingear is good for mirrors too. LOL

alcohol or windex. Use crumpled newspaper instead of paper towels. They work great on glass.
p.s. you can use vinegar, too
