Well, it depends on what you actually create with Dreamweaver.

Dreamweaver itself supports pretty much all online programming formats. If you are just creating a standard HTML based webpage, using the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, you can publish your page to any online web host. The real specifics come down to when you want to use databases, and server-side scripts. Each web host has different supports at that time depending on the server type they are running (usually Linux or Windows based).
