Develop your butt kissing skills then register with an agency that celebrities call to find assistants. I don't know what they are called, but i'm sure they exist, just like the nanny agency, etc. You could also advertise your services. Maybe you could network with some au pairs or assistants online? Just an idea.. Good luck.
