Go to www.babycenter.com this is a great resource tool for pregnant women. It has a weekly baby tracker and lets you know of milestones in your pregnancy. Also has fun polls and send out a magazine every four months after you have the baby to let you know milestones your child should be hitting... I lived by it during my pregnancy, I hope it helps you too... God bless and good luck.

a baby at 10 weeks
Your Body
Is somebody a little MOODY? Wild highs and truly horrendous lows, sudden mood swings, and "crazy" behavior are typical during pregnancy. Some of this is due to hormones, and some of it is because this is, truly, a VERY emotional time! Take time for some light and funny reading: I Knew My Pregnancy Hormones Were Out of Control When.........! , a Mother to Mother special feature.

Whether this is your first or fifth pregnancy, babies bring big changes. How is your partner reacting to the pregnancy?

Fatigued? Many pregnant women spend the first few months so exhausted they can barely hold their heads up. Try to take naps, go to bed early, and delegate as much work as you can to others. Remember that you’re working incredibly hard. Your body is growing another human being!

Gaining weight? Check out the Fat Facts. And what about those breasts? Time to support yourself! Get a bigger, more bountiful bra. Budget a little extra money -- you’ll be needing a still BIGGER one after baby is born!

The baby is about and inch and a quarter. The are so cute at ten weeks, you can see their head and body, the cord, and little arms and legs already formed. On a high quality ultrasound machine you can even see fingers sometimes at 10 weeks. Also they wiggle around on the sonogram it is amazing to see.

The size of a large grape--me too! You should really have some books or something that can educate you. If you can't find this simple answer in one of your books if you have any, it 's a little concerning that you won'tl have answers for anything serious.

well, at about 4 months it is about 12 inches long.
But only the doc can tell you how big it really is. Maybe be ask for an idea of how big it will be month by month.
