i feel death penalty is the easy way out of all. they should live with their mistakes and they will feel worse then anything. Put them in jail treat them like shi;t, not give them money to buy junk food or let them work and watch TV so they dont get bored and swimming pools and all that junk. keep them in jail till they die that's punishment i would say.

Well it depends on the case. Some find out later after more evidence "appears" they were not at fault. Then we just killed an innocent person. There are religions out there that feel God should be the one to punish those who are bad. We are not on this world to judge anyone. I sometimes feel the people who killed others should be sentenced to life in prison. That would be enough punishment to live day by day for the rest of your life in prison.

Before a person takes another's life he should be prepared to give up his. If he murders and is caught, and is found guilty in court, I believe that he should be executed soon after being found guilty.
Too many are found guilty but die of old age before the sentence is carried out. This sends a message to anyone who is thinking of murdering.

I feel they dont use it enough and its much to humane and unless you've ever had someone in your family murdered than no on should have the right to say its INHUMANE, killing someone for 15.00 is inhumane
