I have an older home and the kitchen has 12 x 12 tiles. On the tiles there are stains that almost look like someone took a rope and rolled it all over the floor. I have tried bleach but that did not work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

try bartenders helper. its a cleanser and it works great on alot of things. but all these products can't be good for your tile and grout. you should only clean a tile floor with vinegar and water. lots of luck!

Trisodium Phosphate, TSP. Follow the directions. Anything else is a waste of time.

Okay. You may want to consider using Oxy-Clean. Its usually pretty good at removing caked on stains and stains period...

try "soft scrub" to make sure your cleaner doesn't scratch the tiles, if they are shiny.
