Try planned parenthood - even if they don't offer the test you need they can probably help you find a clinic that does. A second alternative is Catholic Charities (you do NOT have to be Catholic) - just go to one of their centers and let them know you need assistance. I'm not sure if you've checked into medicaid but if you're going to be without insurance for a while, and qualify - hey, use those tax dollars!

also review your yellow pages under "clinics" or "social services" - you should find places geared toward women.

Agreed. Don't have sex. However, since you seem to be extremely stupid, here is some advice for you. In those pregnancy magazines, if you keep your eye open for ads in the back of the magazine, you might find insurance for pregnancy only. I had a friend who was a waitress, had no insurance, but BEFORE she got pregnant, looked into that and it worked out for her. If you don't have enough money to go to three doctor's appointments in the next three months, you should really get a job and start thinking about how the hell you're going to afford a baby.

A blood test for what? Well I do know that if you want to get a pregnancy test (blood test) an abortion clinic has those, and they are usually cheaper because they dont even take insurance. Iknow that sounds bad but at least you'd be able to get a test done.

try plant parenthood, they can give u a blood test and i don't believe that it will cost a thing. Also if u go to the reg doc and take a blood test then they will bill u for it. The only thing that u have to pay for is the office visit

I live in Fort Worth. Go to Parkland Hospital in Dallas. It's the country hospital. They can help you there.

I don't know about your specific area, but if you don't have enough money and need gyno care, your county health department or planned parenthood usually provides basic gyno services at little or no cost. If you need something that they can't provide, they might be able to point you in the right direction of someone who can.

Your local Pregnancy Services agency or Health Department should be able to help you for relatively cheap. FYI some insurances if they kick in when you are already pregnant, some of them won't cover the cost of delivery and stuff...

Try like a center for pregnant women. I assume that's what you're trying to find out... I'm not in Texas and I don't know where to tell you exactly, but try to call a hospital and ask them if they have centers for young mothers or pregnant teenagers that can help you.

Good luck!

Is there a local clinic you can go to? Or if you go to church maybe you could ask the church to help you pay for your doctor appt. I know someochurch help out with these kind of situtations. Or you can ask a friend or family member if you could borrow money so you can pay for the appt. and then pay them back.
