you have spent a while dealing with various rigidity, unhappiness, etc. it is probable only difficult which you will regulate back to living a life with out consistent drama. being sad,can be kind of comforting.since i know that feeling so well,i've gotten used to it over the years.but sometimes,i do like to be happy.and have fun.i don't always like being sad.
