Well, you can always go to Payless if you want shoes for cheap. But if you want quality shoes that will last you for a long time, sometimes it's best to invest the money in a slightly more expensive pair of shoes. In the long run you will save money, because you won't have to buy shoes as frequently.

try payless shoe store, wal-mart, k-mart,target, t.j.max,kohl's,clearance racks at j c penney's, sears,macy's get the picture? try thrift shops, goodwill, garage sales. there are lots of options.
