I am over 38 weeks pregnant and I have been having dizzy spells...some spotted vision involved, a headache all day...cramping that I think may be contractions, I have a cold. I keep getting a cough and everytime I cough it hurts my belly. And I think the chills are associated with my cold. But I also have had diahrea for days...I know I'm not dehydrated though...I have very light colored urine I drink a lot of water! What could some of there symptoms mean?

I would be concerned about the dizzy spells, the blurred vision and the headache, they point to signs of high blood pressure and that is serious when you are pregnant, and you should see a Dr, or go to the E.R. for these symptoms. The cough and the cold, well that just sucks!!! and coughing would hurt your belly, there is not much room for expansion in there, and yes the chills are probably associated with the cold, you may have a virus and have a slight fever, might be worth it to get that checked out too. Your diarrhea my be a sign that labor may be starting soon, you are doing right by drinking lots of fluids!! Good luck with your newborn, and pleas get those first symptoms checked out.

Nothing because I'm wearing these thin rayon print pants with a T-shirt that I wear as pj's & lounge wear for in-between weather. I like them, but unfortunately, they don't have any pockets. When I went outside to read the Sunday paper, I tossed on a sunhat & a loose-fitting oversize jean jacket with Kleenex & keys stuffed in the pockets. Never ever step outside without the keys.

Sounds like very high blood pressure. Could be preclampsia. I would get it checked right away!!!
